Nos últimos 11 anos trabalho como responsável Marca Privada PBL do Grupo Selena FM em Portugal, tendo como principal responsabilidade a promoção e divulgação de novos produtos da Selena e apresentá-los á média e grande distribuição no mercado nacional.

A Selena foi fundada em 1992 em Wrocław-Polónia.
Atualmente, 1800 colaboradores em todo o mundo trabalham para o Grupo Selena.
A gama de produtos do Grupo inclui espumas, vedantes, adesivos, produtos impermeáveis, sistemas de isolamento, fixações e produtos complementares. O Grupo é composto por 35 empresas em 17 países. As fábricas do grupo situam-se na Polónia, Brasil, Coreia do Sul, China, Roménia, Turquia, Espanha e Cazaquistão.
Fui o responsável pela implantação da marca NoEM Eletro-Protetor em Portugal promovendo o produto em diversas feiras e apresentações em espaços importantes como Espaço Arquitectura ou LNEC.
Fui o responsável pela implantação e desenvolvimento da marca DR SCHENK em Portugal ,colocando no mercado nacional uma das marcas mais apreciadas na europa pela sua excelente qualidade e tornando-se uma marca de referência ao longo de muitas décadas agora pertencente á familia SELENA FM.
Desde 2018 colaboro com diversas empresas e organizações na investigação e desenvolvimento de materiais de construção eco-friendly
Experiências Enriquecedoras
Tive o privilégio de estar presente no arranque da PRIMEIRA unidade fabril de espumas de 1 e 2 componentes , Classe B1,B2 e B3 na Peninsula Ibérica ( 1998) a Mastirivo de capital nacional e que veio através de uma visão muito peculiar de um empresário nacional ,Raul Ferreira Da Silva que entre outras empresas que tinha constituido com sucesso viu neste projecto uma oportunidade unica para desenvolver uma empresa deste tipo em tempos não muito fáceis ( as espumas PU em Portugal eram de um desconhecimento quase geral) e com investimento 100% privado,mas não podia ter melhor companhia do que o Sr Aster de Schrijver ou não fosse esta personalidade o co inventor das espumas OCF.
Lançando nos primeiro anos aquela que viria a ser uma marca de referência no mercado ibérico a ALTAFOAM que também tinha uma muito interessante quota de mercado no private label, as suas caracteristicas de qualidade faziam desta espuma um produto de alta qualidade com o cunho do Sr Aster que conseguiu internacionalizar a marca além fronteiras.
Eu tendo como principal responsabilidade a formulação , R&D, e testes reportando sempre á administração da empresa que incluía o co-inventor das espumas OCF, Mr Aster de Schrijver e uma pequena mas muito profissional equipa de trabalho.
Actuei em diversos mercados onde aprendi a constituir uma empresa de poliuretanos de raíz, negociando desde as instalações,maquinaria,fornecimento de matérias primas e todo o know-kow que isso implica, existindo ainda hoje muitas dessas empresas no activo.
Era igualmente responsável pela negociação e desenvolvimento de matérias primas para a produção de espumas com parceiros internacionais ( BASF, LyondellBasell , Cereclor, Huntsman, Colep, Altachem NV entre outros) conseguindo desta forma obter os resultados pretendidos e reportando sempre á direção da empresa onde havia espaço de debate de ideias inovadoras.
Responsável por alguns os projectos que iniciaram a produção de OCF´S na Europa e Rússia , desde o aprovisionamento de matérias primas ( seleção) gases, infraestruturas adequadas para o inicio da produção de espumas de poliuretano em aerossois OCF.
Acompanhamento nos primeiros dias de produção destas unidades nas formulações e R&D necessário para as diferentes vertentes de mercado onde estivessem inseridas.
Responsável também pela área de silicones acéticos e neutros com áreas de enchimento e alteração de cores e cargas químicas, em colaboração com a Wacker Chemie e GE Bayer Silicones GmbH .
Aconselhamento de equipamentos para melhor performance e qualidade na sua produção.
Desde então e até á data, mantenho uma estreita colaboração técnica com empresas como a GE BAYER, Huntsman , IST, FEUP,LNEC,ISEPLPG,FS Silkone GMBH entre outros no aconselhamento e testagem de novas espumas de poliuretano de nova geração e constante aprendizagem com as melhores empresas de fabrico e desenvolvimento de matérias primas para o mercado de fixação química.
E sempre que necessário auxilio empresas a iniciar o enchimento de OCF´S em diversos locais do mundo.

In the last 11 years I have been working as head of the PBL Private Brand of the Selena FM Group in Portugal, having as main responsibility the promotion and dissemination of new Selena products and present them to the medium and big distribution in the national market.
Always keeping as a personal objective the development of my professional skills, because only with that i can I respond to the needs and strategies of the company.

I was also the main responsible for the implementation of the NoEM Eletro-Protetor product in Portugal ,promoting the product in several fairs and presentations in important spaces such as Espaço Arquitectura or LNEC.
I was also the main responsible for the implementation and development of the DR SCHENK brand in Portugal, placing in the national market one of the most appreciated brands in Europe for its excellent quality and becoming a reference brand for many decades ,now belonging to the SELENA FM family.
Since 2018 I collaborate with several companies and organizations in the research and development of eco-friendly building materials
Enriching Experiences
I had the privilege of being present at the start-up of the FIRST 1 and 2 component foam manufacturing unit, Class B1,B2 and B3 in the Iberian Peninsula (1998) the name of the company was Mastirivo with national capital and with a very a very peculiar vision of a national entrepreneur, Raul Ferreira Da Silva who among other companies that had successfully constituted in this project a unique opportunity to develop such a company in times not very easy (PU foams in Portugal were of almost general Unknown ) , but Mr Raul could not have better company than Mr. Aster de Schrijver the person that is the co inventor of OCF foams.
Launching in the first years what would become a reference brand in the Iberian market ALTAFOAM that also had a very interesting market share in the private label, its quality characteristics made this foam a high quality product with the QUALITY stamp of Mr. Aster that managed to internationalize the brand across borders.
I have as main responsibility the formulation , R&D, and tests always reporting to the management of the company that included the co-inventor of ocf foams, Mr Aster de Schrijver and a small but very professional work team.
I have worked in several markets where I learned to set up a polyurethane company from scratch, trading , facilities, machinery, supply of raw materials and all the know-kow that this entails, and there are still many of these companies in the asset.
I was also responsible for the negotiation and development of raw materials for the production of foams with international partners (BASF, LyondellBasell , Cereclor, Huntsman, Colep, Altachem NV among others) thus achieving the desired results and always reporting to the board of the company where there was place inside Mastirivo for discussion of innovative ideas.
Also responsible for some projects that started the production of OCF ́S in Europe and Russia, from the supply of raw materials (selection) gases, appropriate infrastructure for the start of the production of polyurethane foams in OCF aerosols.
Monitoring in the first days of production of these units in the formulations and R&D necessary for the different market aspects where they were inserted.
Also responsible for the area of sealants silicone acetic and neutral silicones and also filling and packing of polymer-based selants with areas of filling and changing colors ,chemical fillers, in collaboration with Wacker Chemie and GE Bayer Silicones GmbH .

And since then until today , I maintain close technical collaboration with companies such as GE BAYER, Huntsman , IST, FEUP,LNEC,ISEPLPG,FS Silkone GMBH among others in advising and testing new new generation polyurethane foams and constant learning from the best producer companies and developing raw materials for the sealants global market.
And whenever necessary I give my contribution to the companies that want to start OCF´S filling units in various places in the world.
